Yes! you will have lifetime access to the materials & video recordings will be sent to you within 72hrs of the lives. I do always recommend to attend live to get the most out of the program & to connect with the other women.

Yes! the teachings & practices we will dive into are foundational & beginner friendly. You are welcomed!

This is not a trauma healing program but as always, it is trauma informed. We will dive into some activating topics & learn how to resource accordingly. If the program is too fast for you I recommend for you to take a break & return when you feel mentally, emotionally & physically ready to dive in! Take it at your own pace.
