I've always been skeptical about how Astrology works & if it truly is accurate. How can the stars predict the past, present, & future? I asked SO many questions to my teachers & guides & finally found my answer. Astrology is the study of the most mysterious parts of the natural world. Astrology isn't the study of what is outside of us, it is the study of what is INSIDE of us. Astrology is a map, a book, & a guide for us to follow & consider. When we tap into the wisdom of Astrology & start to consider that the planets & stars might just have a deep & profound impact on our human experience, we connect back to the cyclical flow of nature & the wisdom of our ancestors.
Astrology isn't anything new & has been used for thousands of years by many different ancient civilizations & cultures. The knowledge & wisdom that resides within the stars & planets also resides in the heart of nature.
Everything in nature is interconnected & one in the same. All of nature thrives in a cyclical manner & so does Astrology. Astrology isn't a belief but more of a language. We learn Astrology to speak the language of the stars & to then better understand the universe, to then better understand ourselves. Astrology is one of the greatest tools we have been gifted.
Our birth chart allows us to see ourselves as a whole with no one part missing. All parts of us are seen & taken into consideration in Astrology & we are able to see our lives, our bodies, & our entirety in a blue print format. This allows us to have a more holistic approach to understanding ourselves; Where we are now, where we’ve been, & where we’re going.
In the beginning of time all we had was nature. We were completely dependent on it & not only that but we were fully enmeshed into it. We did not see ourselves as separate. Our lives depended on us understanding the cycles of the sun, moon, planets, & stars. The sky has always set the tone & rhythm for the cycles for our lives & our overall wellbeing. Therefore it was always & still is important for us to be in relationship with the earth, the sky, & the stars. Our disconnection from the sky & from the natural world is a very recent thing. This has disconnected us from ourselves & our natural instincts, on many different levels. This has led to us feeling disconnected from our bodies, emotions, potential, our dreams, & our purpose in this life.
When we reconnect to the magic & wisdom of Astrology, we begin to reclaim our sovereignty & individual human experience. This is the process of us coming home to ourselves & gaining a new found understanding of our unique Astrological blueprint.
The birth chart is a snapshot of the sky at the moment of your birth. The birth cart is a very complex chart to look at & can be confusing to interpret at first, just as we are complex & complicated beings. The two main bodies of light are the Sun & the Moon & then the rising sign follows. The rising sign is the sign that is coming up at the eastern horizon the moment that you were born & is a very specific point for you, depending on the location & time that you were born at. Then there are the planets that have a drastically different & unique impact on you, based on your chart & where they are stationed at your birth.
Then there are the 12 houses which map out your chart into sections & each of these sections represents an area of your life. Each house in your birth chart has a meaning & a purpose. What sign that house is in is individual to your unique rising sign & the time of your birth. This determines how you should live into & express this component of your life. The birth chart covers the entirety of life, & all aspects of us are showcased. Our light & dark, our strengths & weaknesses. Everything has a place & the birth chart is a map of how we can optimize our strengths & work on our vulnerabilities.
No individual's birth chart is the same. We are extremely complex beings & our purpose & path is all very individual to us. This is important to remember when learning about your own unique & original birth chart.
We can prepare ourselves for whats to come, & we can learn how to work WITH the energy of the stars to live a more liberated & connected life.
Working along side the moon, stars, & planets has drastically improved my overall well-bring & health. Astrology constantly teaches me more about myself, my personality, my path, & my purpose.
Astrology can truly guides us back home to developing a more trust worthy relationship with ourselves, the earth, & the world around us.
